HOW IT WORKS
Your training lasts 6 weeks, 4 times weekly for 45 minutes at a cost of $300.00
You are now part of a team, so your attendance will be expected at each session
Typical Sessions Include:
Calisthenics
Short Distance Running
Body Weight Exercises
Team Building Exercises
All designed to improve your cardiovasular endurance, upper and lower body strength, agility, and flexibility.
