HOW IT WORKS

  • Your training lasts 6 weeks, 4 times weekly for 45 minutes at a cost of $300.00
  • You are now part of a team, so your attendance will be expected at each session

Typical Sessions Include:


  • Calisthenics
  • Short Distance Running
  • Body Weight Exercises
  • Team Building Exercises




All designed to improve your cardiovasular endurance, upper and lower body strength, agility, and flexibility.
